Pretty decent ngl. A couple buddies of mine are lambda chi. About 100+ actives, throw decent parties, and the girls they hang around with are pretty damn hot. Their house is just okay. Honestly all they really need is just: a better house.

When you take scooby kids and then have no pledgeship, the end product isn't going to be great. Combine that with a small house and not much of a yard, you end up with pretty crappy parties that I could have gone to in high school.

They aren't going to be much greater than what they are now. Kids who go ATO and PIKE will mostly never want to go Lambda Chi because it's just a different experience.
