What is Alpha Phi really like??? What are the members like? What tier? Is it a desirable chapter?

Alpha phi, just like almost all chapters at UT is a strong chapter. Are they the strongest? No. However each year their pledge classes seem to be improving and I expect they will continue to improve. From what I've seen they're on the upper end of the looks spectrum but don't have the old money / background that many of the "top" houses have. They also take a lot of out of state girls who probably would've been in top sororities in their respective states.
