by: Houston GuyHow do the top fraternities like Fiji and SAE see guys from the West U area? My family doesn't own an oilfield or anything but both my parents work well paying professional jobs so we're definitely "comfortable."

Property values are pretty comparable between Memorial and West U though... And in reality not a lot of River Oaks folks are young enough to have college age guys so your wealthiest Houston rushees will come from these neighborhoods.
