Move sigchi and KA to upper middle and make axo and DG upper middle and KD aphi middle then you've got it right.

You're right about KD over ADpi but AXO and Aphi are on a different level than KD/DG. Also Sig Ep belongs with KappaSig and KA not Fiji and SAE.

pi kapp had like 9 pledges... phi delt had 30 and lambda had 26
lambda and phi delt are basically on par and pi kapp is below
