i think the new rule allows all chapters to take sophomores. but im not sure if PKT took any.

All chapters have to take sophomores. That includes PKT.

Actually Pi Phi and Theta didn't. Both of them took no sophomores. If you take any sophomores, you have to take at least 8 to fill the "sophomore quota." Basically, you take 0 or 8 sophomores and I know for a fact that P and T took none. Hence why their new PC was 48 members versus Kappa's 56

Looks like all the others but pi phi and theta are trying to boost their numbers while the top 2 are the top 2 for a reason, they only take high quality girls and that doesn't often include sophomores (sophomores usually are rushing for a second time because they got cut from everywhere the first time or they are transferring from a less of an academically esteemed university; i.e. they are not well liked because they were cut the first year or they are just not very smart because they had to go to Alabama< Tech, TCU, etc. before they could get into Texas)

This is an awful representation of Greeks. BTW, Anyone who posts a rank list from their opinion, would be a self imposed ranking.

So what house are you in? I didn't realize you were given the task of ranking all sororities at UT. Very important job for you. Guess it's because you don't get invited to any social events when they find out what a dud you are.
