yes, Pi Phi is the house that just dances around on the first day and doesn't have any conversations, because they pretty much have their entire bid list planned out weeks before recruitment even begins

I'm rushing as a sophomore next year (please don't judge) and I want to know which of the sororities have a REAL sisterhood. I know a lot of girls that seem to hang out with a few members but don't like that many girls outside of their clique, and I don't want to end up in a sorority like that. I know about the big 6 but I want to keep my mind open because I know some sweet non-big 6 girls.

PKT is the big three. Chi O might make it the big 4, but everything after that is strictly mid-tier. And poster below: the Alpha Phi's I've seen are definitely okay looks-wise but I just don't know about class - that may be why they're compared to KD and Adpi

I agree with you except for when you say Chi o might make it the big 4. Chi o does not compete for the same girls as pi phi, theta, and kappa minus a few here and there. Chi o is very strong, but it in no way is in the same level as the big 3

I cannot believe that college students are bashing each other--very similar to junior high and high school. As you mature, you will learn to be more accepting of differences and realize how silly your comments were on this site. I have a daughter who is hoping to be a freshman at the University of Texas next year, and I will encourage her to avoid the entire Greek system. I thought that rushing would be a great way for her to be involved on such a large camput, but I now realize that the girls continue to treat each other similar to junior high girls.

personally, i think pi phi and theta are kinda tied. its basically up to your own discretion

A lot of these sororities are tied. PKT all competes for the same girls and girls bases their decisions on legacies,etc. Chio, tri-delt, and zeta all go for the same girls too.
