sorority comments

I am an Alpha Phi and Delta Gamma legacy. i see A lot of negative stuff about them on here. Are they really okay and people are just being mean, or what. I know I will see them and get to know them during Rush, but every girl wants to end up in a house that will have a fun social life. Please no mean answers, just the truth.

all of the sororities you see in the top 12 are good. they all have sweet girls, all go to parties, and all feel as though they belong to the best there is. during rush, just try to see what youre most comfortable in and look to see which girls you feel the most connected with. don't believe the majority of what people tell you about the other sororities because almost everything we say is just a lie so that you'll like us the best. that sounds wrong but thats just how it is, good luck!

actually SRD also offers suites which have their own bathrooms. SRD's bathrooms are now remodeled with tile and granite counter tops..I saw both and SRD was way nicer. You couldn't pay me to stay at Hardin

In 2009 at Hardin it had Thetas, Pi Phis, Kappas, and SOME TriDelts, XOs, AXOs, maybe 3 Zetas and there were a few DGs too. However, it's mostly dominated by PKT. Not to knock Hardin because it would be MY choice, but there's probably more openess and diversity at SRD. I'd say 65-70 percent of Hardin is PKT, and the remainder is those others mentioned. Unless you know people beforehand, SRD is best.

Uh, if someone's talking about housing for this fall, you are too late. Certainly you are inquiring for another year, maybe next year? If not, good luck even with apartments.
