Can somebody please explain to me why Alabama has more USA Today All Academic Team members than any other school, including Harvard, if they're a bunch of dumb hillbillies?

If nobody cares, then why is there a program dedicated to it? You're right though, trying to find cures to diseases and stuff like that isn't important.

I am in a sorority..not saying which one. I know girls from every sorority and there are a lot of nice ones and some not so nice in each group. I went online and checked out the website for most of the UT sororities to get the overall picture of each...Admittedly I didn't look at all because I had other stuff to do. Each has some pretty girls and some not so much...doesn't mean they aren't sweethearts though. In other words, despite all the stuff people are saying, each sorority is basically the same. A group of girls who joined together to form a sisterhood and have fun. Who is anyone outside their group to really judge them?I am just saying. If they are having fun, who cares? Act classy, UT Greeks.

Arn't Pi Phis known for having the best reputation overall in the country? And they have always been a big power house at UT. I am not a Pi Phi and don't go to UT.

Well, not yet. I am attending in the fall and so excited for Rush. What sorority is the absolute hardest to get into? Just curious. Is it true that most sororities turn you away after first round if you don't have a rec letter? I love in a small town(pop. 33,000 not Mayberry or anything) and we don't have a local Panhellenic. I know lots of ladies that are Chi-O, ZTA, a few Tri-delts and AXOs and my mom was an Aphi at USC. That's about it. How do you find references?

I saw your girls and the girls from Alabama come into our stadium, and I have to say that their girls are much better looking than the girls I saw in burnt orange. Then again, nobody looks good in burnt orange, but their girls were hot!
