Next fall I will be a sophomore at UT and I would like to rush. I didn't this year bc I was out-of-state and unfamiliar with the process. What are my chances as a sophomore? Which sororities would be more willing to take sophomores? Is there a gpa minimum rushing as a sophomore? Thanks for all the help :)

All sororities will take some sophomores (the quota is much smaller than for freshman, but there still is one). It helps if you know girls in the houses you like, because sophomore rushies who have bffs in the house are more likely to get a bid than a sophomore rushie that they dont know at all.

get to be friends with the sorority you want and you will easily get in.
