there was a year or two when Delt and Sigma Chi looked good but recently that has gone away. Not strong as 2011 maybe even 2012 pledge class!

These two houses tend to have the most difficult time with ranking. Where do they really fall? Sigma Chi has my vote though! Their poor house needs a good cleaning and update but their parties are always fun. Delt house has one up on them in the fall. They get a lot that stop by their house on the way to football. When girls drink enough, either looks fine.
