top tier material?

What makes a guy Top Tier fraternity material?
Is it looks, money? Being from In State? What are they looking for?

Fiji/SAE/KS - wealthy from old conservative backgrounds, typically a Texan who is 2nd and 3rd generation UT greek. Looks is a non factor. Being social is also important and would say what differentiates Fiji/SAE from Kappa Sig currently.
SigEp - Being social is the most important factor followed by wealth, and they don't care as much about background as the other 3. Lots of people think SigEp is the best for these reasons.

I would agree. Obviously is isn't that black and white but for the most part.
