fall rush

I will be attending UT as a transfer student this spring, I am curious in rushing a Sorority in the fall, however at that point in time I will be a junior and was wondering how weird it would be to rush as a junior, and what are the chances in making it? I come from a private school in Illinois where greek life wasn't as important as it is at a southern state school! Thanks.

Yes you can rush as a junior, there will not be many but there are some. If you know any ut sorority women, start talking to them now to let them know you are coming through. Also make sure to get rec letters for every house. Some houses don't take juniors, but others will if they feel you are a good fit for their house.
