Has a lot of potential with the new house, but they still have a lot of weird dudes. Delt's are cooler than Sigma Chi's, but Sigma Chi has better events. Delt definitely brings more girls out beyond freshman year.

Delt has cooler guys. Sigma Chi has a better infrastructure with events on a larger scale. Both will not be top tier. Delt has solidified itself in the middle with its current house and Sigma Chi tries too hard to climb. KA has a better chance of becoming top. KA's house is better but its members are weaker.

Delt will never be top with its current house. Don't get me wrong, they still have a good event turnout due to popularity but their house (as well as sigma chi's ) is relatively weak for a potential "top tier".
