Spring 2014 grade rankings are out and eight sororities had new members ..... Chi O, A Chi O, Alpha Phi, Theta, Pi Phi, DG, Kappa and no surprise SDT. WHAT?

That doesn't mean anyone will take new members this spring. It also doesn't mean there will be a "rush." Usually when the real sororities have a few spring openings they are filled with people they already know. So unless you know people and ask them, your only choice in the spring will be SDT.
