What are my chances of getting into tri delta in the spring??

Most sororities don't do a spring rush. If you have friends in the chapter, you could ask about it though. If there is spring rush, it's usually not heavily advertised, and girls invite non-affiliated girls they know to go through the process (ie it's not formal recruitment where everyone comes through the house)
