what sororities got the best pledge class?

I heard that Pi Phi took some questionable girls that other groups had cut. And that Kappa had some strange cuts. Who did well? Did they all end up at quota? Was there many sophomre pledges?

Every year pi phi takes questionable girls that other sororities cut..... They are constantly snap bidding..... Outside of about 30 girls from Dallas area NO ONE wants to be a pi phi
