Pledges mostly just wear boots, Wranglers, and a tucked in polo now. It's a shame, because what you listed sounds hilarious.

Bugle boy, mossimo, jorts, Gerbeau jeans, velcro shoes, and flat brimmed baseball caps, slightly aimed to the right. It doesn't matter what they wear; you will be made to wear what you are told for however long your pledging is, and it's probably close to what I listed, so get ready, you're gonna look fabulous!
