phi delt
by: GmanWhat's the honest opinion on Phi Delt? Like what tier are they and what is their reputation around campus, how are the guys?

They're definitely one of the better ones out of the lower tier, they have eh sorority relations and their house is small. They have some really great guys and just a few too many that slipped through the cracks. I think in 4 years they'll be solidly middle tier. I don't think they'll ever return to being top house like they used to be way back when
