how hard for a northerner to get a bid at top a fr

I'm from NY and considering making UT my top choice. I'm looking for a big, sick party school with hot chicks and a lot of greek life and UT seems as spot on as possible. I'm wondering if the chillest fraternities dislike giving northerners bids as other southern schools do(e.g. Vandy I've heard, Georgia, etc.)
