Honest opinion on phi psi, how are their parties and do they even have any sorority relations at all?

Look at previous threads. Just got off probation so the parties should be better. Have a ton of DGs that go to their stuff.

their parties have sucked in the past and they have minimal sorority relations...the new house might change some things but not for a while

WW2 is fun. They do have relations w/ DGs but there are some girls from other sororities that are their sweethearts.

sororities you mean a few AZDs and KDs. I know a lot of AXOs hate them, and then they're alright with KD and good with AZD. Their parties are just lame, like I might have not had a build party in high school, but I went to way better parties then than a Phi Psi party.

Lucky they got a new house, or else their growth would have topped off.

They might get better with the new house, but it will take a while. Currently their relations and parties are pretty bad, and anyone telling you otherwise isn't being honest.
