What is everyone's opinion on Phi Kappa Psi? Positives, negatives, future, etc

Don't know much about them and don't know any personally but their new house is actually very impressive.

and some very weird ones. If their new house looks anything like the plans they'll probably be at least solid middle tier very soon.

Tier. Construction I think starts in the fall for what I've heard. They'll be top tier in about a year. Surprisingly, the reviews of the fraternities are pretty accurate.

They won't be top tier. Throw better parties, have the house down, then they might be breaking into top tier

probably be top tier in a couple years if their house construction doesn't fall through. Right now they're on par with ATO, PIKE, KA, Delt, ect.

You shi ttin me?? Phi Psi is not even close to Pike, Delt, ATO, KA etc. They have NO sorority relations and throw weak parties. Even with a new house it will be years until they are upper middle which is the top of their potential.

kidding me? They have a new awesome house, and they're still not close to ATO, PIKE, Delt, or SAMMY. They bid way weirder guys, they have horrible sorority relations that are closer to lower mid tier (Phi Delt, Pi Kapp) than the actual mid tier, and throw really weak parties.

They won't be top-tier for the foreseeable future. If they could get to where Sigma Chi is right now, that would be a huge achievement for them.

They're getting off probation so watch out. WW2 and around up were pretty great. They're a middle tier fraternity. Their bid class this year is either going to help them or hurt them even more. And for sorority relations, don't they have a lot if DG's?
