Cob in spring ( too late? Dg, Kd?, Aphi?

Hi I want to cob dg kd or aphi but not sure if the cob period is over or if any of these houses are doing cob?

not sure about aphi but i heard that kd and dg are. for kd you have to get recommended by an active, and I think that already happened

APhi isn’t doing spring rush or COB. They don’t have room, desirable house
