Spring 2025 COB

Does anyone know which sororities will be doing COB in the spring? What is the best way to ensure I get a bid?

There is no such thing as ensuring a bid. Ever. But you can try to get yourself under consideration by reaching out to members you know in chapters to tell them you are interested. That is the only way. There are not many openings in spring, and sororities are not going out and actively looking. Anyone's best shot is during formal fall recruitment.
