sophomore rush

I'm an indian american and I was brought up in a wealthy suburb in dallas, my parents are successful and I have lived in America my entire life. By who I am i'm pretty much white but when I try and text rush captains for fraternities I don't get a response or really anything back at all. Any suggestions?

You will not find many Indian Americans in Greek life here at UT. Also you don't just rush a fraternity, the fraternity rushes you. Just because you may go to a rush even doesn't mean the house likes you. Text em and if you don't get a response, move on to the next.

If you really grew up in a wealthy Dallas suburb and had anything resembling a social life, you should know guys in fraternities. Text them.

i think they have an indian students club? i would look into that?
