Out of touch fraternity rankings

The people who post on this forum did not rush any of the good fraternities and have no clue how they're perceived
Half of Sig Ep's PC is kids that went to the last Fiji / SAE event and didn't get bids, and then Fiji / SAE told Sig Ep to bid them. This happens every single year
Half of KA's pc is kids that thought they were going Sig Ep and then didn't get a bid. They sit on their KA bids for weeks holding out for Sig Ep
SAE and Fiji both have nearly 100% yield on bids and never have anyone flip after signing. Almost all of those kids had Sig Ep bids already and held out for Fiji / SAE.
Fiji and SAE also have much stronger relationships with PKT than Sig Ep, and Sig Ep stronger than KA. Who a fraternity mixes with is 90% of the reason for why rushees choose fraternities and until that changes, neither will the rankings.

You are de-lu-lu. While some of what you mentioned happens, SAE bids just about anyone who can breathe on a mirror. Maybe overcompensating for Rho days but they've never fully recovered based on the quality of recruits. They throw a mix although last weekend's parties were fun, it really ranges. Soooo many Sig Ep/KA wouldn't consider SAE. And plenty of "PK's" (not necessarily Thetas) have amazing relationships with SigEp and Kappa.
