What fraternities have the best builds for their parties and why? Do girls really care or is it more just about the theme for them?

Sig ep builds are the best, SAE's Jungle is classic, and I went to Sammy's Atlantic City and that was impressive!

Jungle is the most expensive and longest time spent, but SigEp has the most consistent builds/alcohol at there parties. For disco they built a giant dance floor in the gym that lit up to the music. pretty impressive stuff for college kids. Safari was awesome this year too

SAE Jungle then SigEp Around the World and Safari

Pike Swamp is honestly the most elaborate build. Pledges build scaffolding and platforms (96 8x8 platforms) over the basketball court and whole lawn, as well as bridges and stairs. On top of that, they put sod over all the platforms.

build-wise, pike swamp is a massive one. the entire party is spent on top of the build. SAE had some cool structures, and SigEps disco was pretty neat too.
