Do you think Delt could be a top tier house if they just seriously renovated their current house instead of moving to west campus? This would would allow for bigger parties/tailgates and give people a better reason to walk such a distance.

Maybe, but they would still have to start being a lot more selective with their pledge classes.

No they will never be top tier with their location. While Fiji is a little out of the way it is still a lot closer and close to a few good sororities so don't give me that excuse
