Old Row vs New Row

by: Truth

Old Row (frats): Fiji, SAE, KA, Sigchi, Ksig - these were the first five fraternities on campus
Big 6/Old Row srats: Pi phi, Kappa, Theta, Chio, Zeta, Tridelt
It means less for guys than it does for girls these days, big 6 is losing meaning though with aphi passing tri delt.

Old row also includes Phi Delt - it had a really strong chapter here until being kicked off in 1999.

That’s right there’s never been old and new row at UT. But even if there was, what’s the criteria/age cutoff of your supposed old row? Arbitrary
