Top house for rush this fall?

Who do y’all predict to be the most popular house for PNMs this fall? Obviously PKT will be strong, but it seems like some other houses are set up for a good rush too!
I think that, of PKT, Pi Phi and Kappa will do much better than Theta, a lot of that having to do with the whole committee incident.
Also feel like Tri Delt and Chi O could get a really good PC from what I’m hearing. What are y’all’s thoughts?

Girls from my city are all talking Pi Phi and Chi O. Hearing not as interested in Theta after their sisterhood drama apparently but Kappa usually gets some good girls from here too! Our boutiques are crammed with girls & moms shopping for rush and dorm rooms. Can feel the excitement and makes me anxious for all of them! I’m sure they will all do well. Fun hearing about it!

Theta has the most attractive, wealthiest girls. Im sorry if that hurts ur feelings but its just plainly true. Ask any male in any fraternity, they will agree.

Houston Memorial- Nothing to brag about.
I have noticed lots of private school boys are having medicinal issues though so maybe public school kids are better adjusted as no one cares if you have money unless you are buying the drinks

Only the ones with sitting sisters and no choices. You must not know any HP/Dallas girls or be a rising sophomore Kommittee member doing your assigned service hours. Theta is 13th grade for Houston Memorial and you will post a pic and think that’s a good thing. The rest of us at UT think for ourselves and don’t need a mommy to dance us in and apply pressure so a “past her prime divorcee” feels relevant. Enjoy your sophomore year!

Definitely not Theta- that’s actually laughable. Its well known that the current seniors, juniors and soph HP TOP girls all chose Pi Phi. Sorry you are unhappy and didn’t have that choice. They are very picky yet that’s why it works.
Notice no drama at the pickier houses-Kappa, Chi Omega and Zeta
Maybe they are all on to something!

Would rather have 50 classy sisters then 20 girls embarrassing themselves and the house 5 nights/week talking about how crappy their house and pledge sisters are.
