Do Sororities have access to high school transcripts?

I am registering for rush and noticed that attaching high school transcript was optional in the texas panhellenic application. If I attach a copy of my high school transcript, will only the panhellenic council see my transcript or will the sorority recruitment team and its members see it too?

Why would it matter? If smart enough to get admitted and uploaded resume no time to look at 1,500 transcripts

Panhellenic doesn't look at your transcript, they have no reason to. The recruitment team at each sorority will see it. While transcripts are not passed around the chapter, other members may or may not see it.
