I would break it down like this:
Pi Phi/KKG/XO
Zeta/DDD
A Phi
AXO DG KD
ADPi, AXid
Theta is unique and where it falls in the rankings is very subjective. From the outside, they present like a top house because they're usually pretty and outgoing. But the girls who want Theta - and who are heavily recruited by Theta - are not considered top rushees by any of the traditional top houses. They tend to be new money, high-drama mean girls with bad reputations who were cut by the top tier but also wouldn't fit in with the mid and lower tier chapters.

This is a very narrow perspective of Greek life at UT. PNMs please pay attention to the houses that are spreading hate. For whatever reason they are very very insecure. It’s really not that serious.

She is right though- girls that Thetas rush (& dirty rush) are not the top target girls for Pi Phis, Kappas & ChiOs.
They want to think they are but would be surprised how they ranked. If kept longer in week it’s just to be kind as hometown friends yet they are “back room” girls and kept to be courteous. You can be friends with someone you don’t want or trust to have in house wearing your letters.
Same high schools have very different girls and it’s stupid to think the nicest girl wants to be with the meanest girl in school whether hs or college.

Chi o get of gr you know nothing about rush and especially other houses rush. You are just self inflating, no one thinks you’re top BUT YOU. Did you assign one of the 50 girls from mc 23 to plant posts? We know you need a better rush this year

so Theta as a sorority is def bottom when it comes to all things sisterhood - there is little debate over that
If SAE weren't glazing them still they'd also be bottom by overall popularity
