summer rush

Okay so when does summer rush predominantly start, I'm a sophomore and I'm trying to rush and pledge for the fall. Should rush captains contact me or should I be more active in figuring out the schedules and be more proactive by getting in touch with them first

If you don't have any connections you definitely need to be proactive.
