Reccs for ZTA Chi O & Tri delt

Need them for all houses

It's not so much what a rec says about you so much as getting one. It shows that you are interested and are willing to make the effort. Since most pnm's here get their recs, not having one will stand out.

It's true that if a house really really wants you they will not let not having a rec stand in their way. Most sororities are no longer required by their nationals to have a rec to offer a bid but if they still need one they would get one for you. Not that likely to happen though.

All of that also applies for sophomores.

A lot of sororities now accept recs from non-alums that know you well, like a teacher, coach, school counselor, someone you've worked for etc. and also from an active at a different chapter from where you're rushing.

adp, kd and kkg take recs from initiated members only, either an alum or an active from another chapter
zta alum only

My advice is to get as many recs as you can. It won’t hurt you to have one while you might not even get on the radar if you don’t have a rec.
