Sororities (tiers in order):
TIER 1: Pi Phi, Kappa, Zeta, Theta
TIER 2: ChiO, APhi, Tri Delt, AXO
TIER 3: DG = AEPhi, KD, ADPi
TIER 4: AXiD
Fraternities:
TIER 1: Fiji, SAE, SigEp, KA
TIER 2: ZBT, Delt = SigChi, Ksig
TIER 3: Phi Psi, Sammy, Pike
TIER 4: BYX, Beta
As you can see, big 6 and founding five fraternities are not always at the top. Aphi is in front of Tri Delt, SigEp is in front of KA, SigChi and Ksig. Also delt is equal to SigChi and ZBT is in front of Ksig and SigChi. So Old Row doesn’t necessarily mean top house anymore. It just means instate and southern and mix with each other more.

Phi psi and Ksig had a really good pledge class for last fall, and sig chi is doing terrible at rush.

Within the sorority tiers there are definite ranks but I feel like to simplify it can be broken down like this.
Top is Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta, Chi O, Zeta, and Tri Delt. Most PNMs would be happy to end up in any of these houses and no one would consider dropping if they still had one or more of these on their schedule.
Bottom is KD, ADPi, and AXiD. PNMs whose only pref night invites are to some combination of these houses are likely to seriously consider dropping.
The rest are somewhere in between. Not anyone's first choice but PNMs are also not likely to fear joining them will hurt more than help socially.
I didn't include AEPhi because they are not really competing for the same PNMs since they are a religiously affiliated sorority.

Bottom is just ADPi and AXiD, I would say KD is more lower mid. Otherwise this is it.

This ranking is a joke! Obviously you don't go here or your Theta trying to conceal that you're bottom now! Theta is the very bottom period. No respect and worst sorority at UT by far. No amount of fake rankings on GR will hide your rep Theta. Everybody knows as the stories are legendary. Clean up your rep and house.

AXiD and ADPi are the bottom two. Theta is not and never has been a bottom house. Don't listen to anyone telling you otherwise.
