DU , Delta Sig and AEPi are one step down. They own their own houses and have viable 50 man chapters. Certainly not as strong as the chapters listed above but viable and stable . I expect that one of these chapters could gain some strength and hit 70-80 members. That would be lower middle/ upper bottom.
Lambda Chi , Zeta Psi, ThetaChi and TKE all rent they also 40-50 members.
Phi Kap, Phi Tau Chi Psi are all around 20 members.

Yeah, I wouldn't say DU Dsig and AEPi are stable but I do agree they should be mentioned, especially if you're adding beta. Those three have all been going through swings lately, some more than others.
