Upper: 5. ΖΒΤ 6. ΔΤΔ 7. ΣΧ 8. ΚΣ
Upper Mid: 9. ΦΚΨ 10. ΣΑΜ 11. ΠΚΑ
Mid: 12. ΒΥΧ 13. ΒΘΠ 14. ΔΣΦ
Lower Mid: 15. ΛΧΑ 16. ΘΧ 17. ΑΕΠ 18. ΖΨ
Bottom: rest

Autocorrect got the best of me in the last post. DU is pretty clearly comparable to Theta Chi , Zeta Psi , AEPi and Lambda Chi. They all have houses and around 50 members .
Not great but not rock bottom. Delta Sig is a little bigger, Beta needs a house but they are better.

Mid lower fluctuates a lot. DSig's been falling for a hot minute now, def not better than AEPi or on the same tier as BYX, house is decent tho. Lambda and Theta (esp since the house move) are the lowest of the low imo, I wouldn't even put them in low mid tier.
I think the lower mid tier houses on campus are AEPi, Dsig, DU, and maybe ZPsi (idk them well).
