Alpha Phi used to be awful ADPI was better than KD. DG and AXO were right under the big six with some overlap with DDD.

Things do change over time after Big 6. ADPi used to be right under big 6, DG would pledge anyone. Alright, AXD has always been bottom, with KD right above them, so I guess some things change and some don't, but ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY is not true.Things do change, and can change again,

Love how thetas push the PKT narrative - times change. Formerly great houses can start to suck. And they slide. It's okay. Can’t fix that in 2 years.

Theta is not a desirable house and hasn’t been in several years now.- they don’t get the desirable girls. Classy girls don’t pledge theta. . It’s quite simple. No “PKT” posting will change that.

Lot of Girls will be making trips to New Mexico or Colorado.
