What were the top frats in the 90s-early 2000s

Really depends on when exactly you are asking because a great deal changed coming into the 90's - mid 90's. Historically Fiji, Phi Delt and ATO were tops. ATO was kicked off in mid 80'sand Phi Delt had issues in the mid-late 90's and was shut down by the late 90's. SAE got strong starting in the early-mid 80's. KA was strong before it lost its charter and became Omicron. So if you are saying 1990-95, I would list the following:
Fiji/SAE
KA/Phi Delt
Pike/Delt/Sig Ep
Kappa Sig

this post proves there are some pathetic moms on this site -
1. stop coming every weekend to the frat house parties and embarrassing your kids by trying to be cool - we are destroying you behind your back and sometimes to your kid
2. try letting your kid make their own decisions about what is cool or not- you were clearly insecure then and haven't aged well if looking on GR for validation for your yourself and/or your kid - you have no idea what it is like here day to day and need to trust your kid

I didn't even know that chapter moms were a thing until a neighbor's helicopter mom continued to helicopter mom and became heavily involved in the chapter mom's group. Note: I knew that house moms were a thing, but they're more like office managers or support services or otherwise employed or volunteer advisors, NOT mothers of current actives starting a mom group and hanging around.
