Not sure if Rho is better this year but even if they are, would put under Sig Ep and KA. One thing I've noticed this year is the # of different sororities (Pi Phi, Kappa, Chi O, Zeta) going to events at KA and Sig Ep...and SAE too but still put as 4. These are all strong houses. Hard to rank with any accuracy.
