Truth about top houses at UT

I know there are a lot of varying opinions on this website, but here is the real truth. SAE is the top fraternity, whether you agree or not. Fiji is a close second.
As far as sororities, PKT is obviously the top 3. They are the hardest to get into and have the coolest girls from all the big Texas schools. Pi Phi and Theta are slightly higher than Kappa however. Some years one sorority may have a better rush, but that does not change the fact that they are the top 3.

Sae is def not the top - neither is theta - you must be a houston memorial or hp mom and out of touch-
quantity is definitely not quality and most frats and srats have to make cuts unlike open door policy these two have

It really is so ironic how insular these two houses are. They are filled with 50% all from the same two major feeder schools/areas. The other 50% are the total randos from other areas that weren’t tops/first picks from other houses. And the parents from these two areas live vicariously through their kids on a weekly basis. Honestly, they come in for parties every other weekend to relive the glory days. Pretty sick.

isn't the top house whichever one you want to be in? as far as I know UT greeks don't compete against each other in anything rankable - maybe students from big cities - so who cares? A-holes come from all size of cities and towns so seems stupid to rank one over the other as a top when some value looks, some grades, some character, some religion, some $$
go where you fit and be with like minded people and don't worry about who is top because everyone has differing opinions on that definition
