whats fijis vibe at ut austin? read mixed stuff online but am thinking of transferring and wondering if it is like my chapter? also any word on how they handle transfers would help

yeah like everyone else has said they are tied for the top house at UT. depending on what school you are coming from, it is very likely they won't let you in as a transfer
