question on dirty rush

My daughter is freaked - she got an unsolicited message from an older theta in a group chat with her friends that are also rushing with list of things to buy from a girl that hardly talked to her in hs and is known as a fairly mean girl - she's worried it will come back and bite her being in this chat - She wants a good rush and doesn't want to be cut by other houses if linked to this one - should we be worried or can she just ignore it? should she be flattered? Worried if she cuts them they will be mean?
She's my first going through so this is all new and scary to us so don't know if it is a big deal or not - please advise!

I am 99% certain I know exactly who you are talking about. We received the same message and know these girls very well. There is no hidden agenda/motivation and these girls sent it to a large list of friends in multiple other sororities and/or going through rush. These girls are merely doing a closet clean out before work week. FYI...the "mean" girl is just really a bit introverted and self isolates....she really is great if you get to know her.
