Take all of these replies and that video with a grain of salt. A lot of the girls in this comment section could be AXOs trying to save face before rush. Take the the video with a grain of salt as well. That girl obviously didn’t have a great experience and it definitely happens. Cliques get formed in almost every sorority but you can still meet great girls. Hopefully this is something the sorority can resolve in the future, but also those messages most likely aren’t fake so there’s definitely some truth to her statements.

I’ve heard that pc 21 of axos have some beef. But the pc22 girls are very close and connected out of any sororities I know. They make sure to include all the girls in pc22 during pregames and date events. I would not avoid them bc one wannabe influencer chick tries to get some clout. They are some of the most genuine girls I have met.

She’s not a wannabe and in fact she is genuinely nice. She answered my dm and helped me through a rough spot. Most influencers don’t even answer. I came on here because I wanted to see what type of sorority she was talking about and this is not a sorority that treats people with kindness or class. Sorry but I don’t even want to go to your house for rush. The mean girl attitude and attacks are a real turn off.

Look at the way the AXOs talk about her here and on tiktok. At the end of the day calling someone psychotic or airing out other stories that may or may not be true speaks to both sides. Neither party is exactly innocent and no sorority is perfect. Just trust your gut during rush.

Every sorority at UT has issues. She’s got a right to talk about her experience especially with all the in house stealing. PNMs just be aware this isn’t AXO exclusive and find where you belong.

From what I heard that is not true lol that is not even possible to use money toward alcohol for a srat. Girls used their own money out of pocket not dues lol, and was not a srat event

my friend in axo told me ab this and at first i was a little concerned bc it sounds bad when u put it like that but in reality they all pay for the tab themselves and it’s like a friend group thing not a sorority thing

At the end of the day, Texas greek life is tough no matter what house you go, ESPECIALLY if you are out of state. Southern sororities are cliquey and most of these girls have known they were going to UT or what sorority they'd be in since they were born. Someone from every single sorority house could name a negative experience that they've had. No one is going to be friends with their entire chapter. No one is going to be liked by everyone. THAT'S LIFE!!!! You can't blame a sorority for not making friends, it's only there as a vessel to help you socialize. If you suck and are mean and judgey, it wouldn't be any easier to make friends at any other house.
As far as girls talking about other girls behind their backs, can we stop pretending we're all saints and that we've NEVER said something bad about someone before?
So please, take what you see on social media with a grain of salt and judge the house you go based on the way you feel when you're there.

I’m a junior at UT Austin, and let me say some of them were my close friends at first! I hate to talk badly about people but these “friends” of mine did me dirty so many times I couldn’t take it anymore, but I found my lifelong friends in other sororities and I couldn’t be happier now! I thought I could trust those AXO girls but they are truly so self consumed and will put ANY guy over their friendships. The girl that went viral talking about this wasn’t lying do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

i know an active axo at texas who is younger than brooke carlson (the tiktok poster) and she said she is clinically insane and has no friends. i’m assuming all sororities can be semi cliquey, but i think brooke has genuine mental problems that’s why nobody in axo likes her

could not disagree more (respectfully). i rushed there bc of how inclusive axos are and they definitely still uphold that value. it’s unfortunate that some girls might not have healthy friendships but that’s not representative of the whole chapter.
