are first round cuts harsh? and how are they decided, gpa, resume, video etc.

I'll keep it straight with y'all because I also hated not knowing. The point of the video is to plan our conversation topics with you and understand your vibe so we know what actives would pair well with you. The things we actually rank on is academics, involvement in HS, and if you seem like a good fit in the specific sorority.
