how to make connections before rush?
by: rushhi! i keep seeing people say you need to make connections before you rush, but how do you do that? i feel like DMing random girls on instagram is weird, but how else are you supposed to make connections...

The connections people are talking about are the kind that come from members knowing you personally, or knowing of you from people they know personally - from high school, hometown, camp, family members' friends, friends of friends, etc. If you have something in common with any members from past places or experiences, and they don't already know you are rushing, then you need to let them know you are coming through.
