What are the Texas Silver Spurr Sweethearts

So I go to LSU and am admittedly an instagram stalker lol. I was looking at girls' accounts I knew a long time ago from camp and I keep seeing Silver Spurs Sweethearts and it looks so cute but I don't know anyone personally who goes to UT so I don't know who to ask to learn what thats all about. Like how do you get to be a silver spur sweetheart and what do they do?

im not a mom im a senior at LSU but somehow I have better reading comprehension than you. The girl's I knew from camp always wanted to be pi phi kappa or theta and I was surprised to see that theta is now being ranked last but no one is saying why other than they are mean?? Like where is the proof what did they actually do whats the scandal?
