I feel like I never hear much about delt which is odd given their history here. Have they just fallen off of what someone explain their rep

Delts are the type to hook up with you consistently for months and then you see them post “happy 3 years to the love of my life” to some random chick back home

Delt falls in the middle tier of frats. I have heard good and bad things but thats for every frat ever. Known as the nice guys but plenty of rich annoying white guys flood their house. They also won't have a frat house for like 2 years so hope they enjoyed it while they had it. Overall like 7 out of 10
