I chose a top house over going Theta too - I have a couple friends that ended up there but they didn't pref it and don't hang with their pledge class at all

Nobody chooses zeta or theta. They may chose chio over theta though. There just really aren’t very many private school rich girls in zeta, which isn’t a bad thing at all but just true
