Theta at UT - could it be any worse

really bothers me to see all these negative posts about my chapter. I blame the board for this. Those girls should have been kept on much shorter leashes and clearly they are done for a while now. There is no coming back from this within a year or two. They need to lay low and fix what's broken from the top down and then start over with some decent rush results in a couple of years. ugh. so annoyed.

Coming to visit this fall to see the faces of the directors who allowed this to go on for so long.

Mine said similar too but used term target practice - said rush chairs use those girls to build their pledges confidence because the girls are so aggressive
