Form Phoenix. From a wealthy family but not rich. Average looking. But dad has connections all over the baseball industry. Should I rush top tier or try for something more lower top or high middle?

Average looking. Haha appreciate the honesty, but your looks has little to do with getting a bid. It's tougher for all OOS , especially if you're like the other West coasters.
